Customer Service
Sometimes quality food and good prices are just not enough. When our customers come to Genova's, they expect a certain level of service; service that is both friendly and functional. Most of our customers have been with us for many years; some since we've opened. Many of these same customers visit one of our two locations more than twice a week. There's a reason why the majority of our customers are so loyal. By coming to Genova's they expect something that most restaurants are not always serving: friends.
While we take every measure to provide our customers with this level of exceptional service, accidents sometimes happen. In the event that your food or quality of service does not meet the level that has come to be expected from us, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem for you, because friends take care of each other.
